Agreement

Binding Terms of Participation

By accessing or participating in any contest hosted by JameenJeeto ("Organizer"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein.

  • Eligibility: Indian residents aged 18+ with valid ID proof.
  • Skill-based only: entries are scored; no raffles/lotteries.
  • Original work: plagiarism, AI-generated content without disclosure, or impersonation leads to disqualification.
  • License to use: non-exclusive right to display your entry for results, audits, and marketing with attribution.
Binding Terms of Participation

Judging & Results

  • Panel of 3 independent judges evaluate all entries.
  • Scoring rubric: Creativity (40%), Practicality (30%), Social Value (30%).
  • Results announced live on Instagram/YouTube and via email.

Disqualifications

  • Multiple entries by the same person unless expressly permitted.
  • Offensive/illegal content, or misrepresentation of identity.
  • Any attempt to influence judges or manipulate results.

2️⃣ Refund Policy

Fair & Simple

Transparent Refunds

Our refunds align with Indian consumer protection norms and payment gateway guidelines.

  • Refund on cancellation/unmet target: If minimum entries (e.g., 2,000) are not met, full refund minus gateway charges.
  • No refund on voluntary withdrawal after successful entry submission.
  • Processing timeline: 7–30 working days depending on gateway and banking cycles.

Note: Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Bank delays are outside Organizer control.

Protection & Usage

We collect minimal data required to run the contest and communicate results.

  • No sale of data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

  • Consent-based communications limited to contest operations and updates.
Protection & Usage

Data Retention

Entry data is retained only for the duration needed for judging, audits, and legal retention periods, then securely purged.

User Rights

You can request correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal holds) by contacting support.

JameenJeeto operates as a skill-based platform. Our contests do not involve luck or wagering and therefore are not gambling or lottery schemes.

  • Compliant with the Indian Prize Competition Act, 1955 and applicable state regulations.
  • Independent judging, recorded evaluation, and audit trails to evidence fairness.
  • All documents, winner KYC, and property transfer records are maintained for inspection.
